Our CEO Managing Principal is C. Charles "Chuck" Pineda. Chuck is a licensed professional engineer in several states in the US, and has over 40 years of experience in delivery of large infrastructure and technically complex projects. Chuck is a also a licensed Certified General Contractor in the state of Florida, and nationally certified by SAVE in value engineering methodology. Chuck speaks several languages and has traveled abroad extensively to implement projects and test new technologies for application in the USA and worldwide.
